Thank you for shopping with Discovery Cycles. For your convenience we have put together some of the most frequently asked questions (FAQ) and answers below. If your question is not in the list, please feel free to contact us with your query. We’re here to help!
When will we ship your order?
If your order is placed on a business day before 1pm (AEST) your order will be shipped on the same day, orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following business day. Orders made over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship within Australia, to Singapore, and New Zealand. If you are in another country and would like to purchase something from our store, please contact us and we’ll give you an estimate of shipping costs.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders over $100 will ship for free (Australia Post – Regular Post).
Orders under $100 will have a flat rate shipping fee of $7.50. You may be issued a tracking number so your order will be trackable with Australia Post.
Very bulky items may have additional fees applied, you will be notified of this during the checkout process.
What about express shipping?
Currently express shipping within the Australia Post is unavailable. We’ll be working on updating our shipping methods in the future, however for the sake of simplicity express shipping is currently disabled.
Can I collect my order from one of your stores?
Yes, local pickup is available exclusively and only at our Smithfield store. The address is 3/14 Mnt Milman Dr, Smithfield, QLD, 4878.
Can I order in one of your stores?
No unfortunately you cannot. Our website stock is available exclusively online, no products on our website will be available for purchase in one of our stores.
Are gift vouchers purchased in-store redeemable online?
No unfortunately not. Currently gift vouchers purchased in-store are only for use in one of our two stores.
